Angel MedFlight Remembers

4,015 days. It’s hard to believe that more than a decade has passed since the World Trade Center towers came thundering to the ground after hijacked commercial jetliners crashed into both towers, another one plummeted into a Pennsylvania field and a fourth plunged into our Pentagon. Nearly 3,000 men and women lost their lives that day in the most atrocious terrorist attack ever experienced on U.S. soil.

Angel MedFlight would like to set aside this day to salute the firefighters, police officers, physicians, nurses, paramedics, ambulance drivers and every other man and woman who risked their lives rescuing and recovering victims on Sept. 11, 2001.  Some of these brave men and women gave their dearest possessions – their own lives – in service to their fellow countrymen.

We will never forget the lives lost or the sacrifices and courage of these true American heroes.
