Case managers from Bluegrass country and the Volunteer State are gathering this week in Franklin, Tenn., for an American Case Managers Association regional conference and once again Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance is there to connect with a group of people we have a strong bond with.
Angel MedFlight’s business development team is exhibiting Wednesday at the ACMA Kentucky/Tennessee Chapter’s 7th Annual Case Management Conference, in Franklin — just a few miles south of the Music City of Nashville.
Jackie Martinez is Angel MedFlight’s Director of Community Relations and says the event gives the company a great opportunity to engage with not only case managers but the directors of case management as well.
Angel MedFlight gets valuable feedback from conferences like these. At a recent ACMA regional conference in Orlando, Fla., the company got an idea for an Angel MedFlight poster for case manager break rooms suggested to us. That poster is now in production.
Martinez says at conferences like this one in Tennessee, we will hear from people who used us before. Case managers will tell us what they liked about us and what things we can improve on. “It’s a great opportunity for us to find out what’s working, what’s not working and how can we get you to call us first.”
“We’ll be talking to them about our “My Real Life Moment” video series and welcoming them into the whole Angel MedFlight experience and how not only can we benefit their patients but them as well by simplifying the workload, simplifying the flow, the whole process in general.”
Martinez says the business development team always enjoys seeing familiar faces at these annual conferences. “We see a lot of repeat customers. A lot of people come up to us and say, ‘I’ve used Angel MedFlight before.’ It’s really nice to know who’s actually used us. They’ll say they got our cookies and tell us it was such a nice little touch.” Angel MedFlight has a “Cookie Campaign” in which it sends cookies to case managers after they have referred a patient to us.
Martinez says they’ll also meet people at case management conferences who aren’t yet aware of the unparalleled air ambulance service we provide. “The people who haven’t used us, they see the banner of the airplane and ask ‘What do you guys do?, and then we start speaking with them and they are just amazed.
Angel MedFlight Worldwide Air Ambulance is thrilled to be exhibiting at the ACMA’s regional conference in Franklin and looks forward to meeting more case managers and directors of case management.
